Calendar & Dispatch Board

The Calendar section has two modes: Calendar (appointment scheduling synced with Google Calendar) and Dispatch Board (field job assignment with route optimization).

Syncs with Google Calendar to show all appointments:

- AI-booked appointments appear automatically

- Drag to reschedule

- Click for appointment details

- Color-coded by type (service, consultation, follow-up)

For field service businesses:

- Assign jobs to technicians

- View daily/weekly schedules per technician

- Optimize routes between job sites

- Track job status (scheduled, in-progress, completed)

- Dispatcher Agent handles automated scheduling
