Contacts & Companies

The Contacts section is your customer database. Manage individual contacts and company accounts with search, filtering, and detailed profiles.

Each contact stores:

- Name, phone, email

- Company association

- Conversation history

- Deal history

- Tags and notes

- Source (how they found you)

Search by name or sort by Recent, A-Z, or Active. Import contacts in bulk via CSV.

For B2B relationships, create company profiles:

- Company name, industry, website

- Linked contacts (employees at that company)

- Total deal value across contacts

- Activity timeline

Filter companies by industry to segment your accounts.

Import contacts or companies from a CSV file:

1. Go to Contacts > Import

2. Upload your CSV

3. Map columns to Mosco fields (name, phone, email, etc.)

4. Review the preview

5. Click Import

Duplicates are detected by phone number and email.
