Competition & Gamification

The Competition tab turns your sales floor into a game. Leaderboards, streaks, challenges, and celebrations create healthy competition that drives results.

A real-time feed of team events:

- Deal closed (with amount)

- Revenue milestone hit

- Achievement unlocked

- Streak maintained

- Challenge won

New events slide in with animations. Great for displaying on a team TV.

Reps ranked by revenue with live animations:

- #1 gets a crown icon and golden glow

- 'On Fire' indicator for reps hitting daily plan (pulsing flame)

- Streak badge next to name (fire emoji + number)

- Rank change arrows (up/down vs previous position)

- Personal best star when exceeding all-time record

Track consecutive days of hitting plan. Each rep card shows:

- Current streak count

- Longest streak ever

- 30-day calendar heatmap (green = hit, red = missed)

- Streak badges: 7 days = Bronze, 14 = Silver, 30 = Gold

Time-limited competitions:

- Daily: 'Most Calls Today' (resets at midnight)

- Weekly: 'Highest Conversion This Week'

- Monthly: 'Biggest Single Deal'

Each challenge card shows countdown timer, target, progress bar, and top 3 mini-leaderboard. Challenges ending within 2 hours get an urgency highlight.

Departments compete head-to-head. The winning team (higher revenue) gets an emerald glowing border. The difference is shown between them (e.g., '+$868k ahead').

Unlockable achievements that celebrate milestones:

1. Race Leader: Revenue > $500k

2. Sharpshooter: Contract conversion > 15%

3. Flash: Lead response < 5 min

4. Legend: Hit plan 3 months in a row

5. Flawless: Perfect discipline (0 fines)

6. Machine: 100+ calls per period

7. Closer: 5+ contracts in a month

8. Marathon: 30-day plan streak

9. Early Bird: First deal before 10am

10. Team Player: Helped 3+ teammates close

11. Comeback: From below 50% to plan achieved

12. Whale Hunter: Single deal > $50k

Each unlock triggers a confetti celebration.
