Housecall Pro Integration

Connect Housecall Pro to sync jobs, customers, technicians, and invoices with Mosco. Your AI agents get full context about every customer interaction.

- Active Housecall Pro account with admin access

- API key from HCP Settings > API

- Mosco account on any paid plan

1. Go to Connections > Housecall Pro

2. Click Connect

3. Paste your API key

4. Click Test Connection to verify

5. Click Save

Once connected, the Housecall Hub shows:

- Overview: Sync status and key metrics

- Jobs: All HCP jobs with status

- Customers: Synced customer list

- Technicians: Your HCP team

- Settings: API config, sync frequency, disconnect

- Customers > Mosco Contacts

- Jobs > Mosco Leads/Deals

- Technicians > visible in Housecall Hub

- Invoices > linked to deals

- Estimates > linked to deals
