Connect Your CRM or Service System

Mosco integrates with popular CRM and field service platforms. Connecting your system syncs contacts, leads, jobs, and customer data automatically so your AI team has full context.

1. Go to Connections in the sidebar (under Tools)

2. Find your platform and click Connect

3. Follow the authorization flow:

- OAuth: you'll be redirected to sign in

- API key: paste your key from the platform's settings

- Embedded Signup: complete the inline form

4. Select which data to sync

5. Click Save

Connection status appears on each card: green = connected, gray = not connected.

After connecting, configure sync frequency in the integration's Settings tab:

- Real-time: events sync immediately via webhooks

- Every 15 minutes: periodic batch sync

- Manual: sync only when you click 'Sync Now'

The status bar shows last sync time, next sync, and total synced items.
