Quickstart Guide

Mosco.ai is an AI-powered platform that automates customer communications across phone, SMS, chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and more. Your AI team handles inbound calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and manages your entire sales pipeline, all running 24/7.

1. Go to mosco.ai and click 'Start for free'

2. Sign up with your business email or Google account

3. Verify your email address

4. Set your password and company name

After signing in, you'll see the onboarding checklist in the Command Center. Complete each step:

1. Add company info (name, address, phone number)

2. Connect your first integration (Housecall Pro, Google, or Meta)

3. Set up your first AI agent with a knowledge base

4. Configure billing and choose a plan

5. Invite team members

Each step takes about 2 minutes. The checklist tracks your progress automatically.

Once your agent is live:

1. Go to Agents in the sidebar

2. Select your agent (e.g., Frontline)

3. Click 'Test Call' to hear how your AI handles a customer inquiry

4. Review the conversation in the Inbox

The AI responds in under 30 seconds on average.

The sidebar is organized into sections:

- Dashboards: Command Center, Sales Hub

- CRM: Inbox, Pipeline, Calendar, Contacts

- Knowledge: Your AI's training data

- Agents: Manage your AI team

- Tools: Speed Dialer, Connections

- Settings: Team, billing, integrations

Once onboarding is complete, explore:

- Sales Hub for team performance tracking

- Pipeline to manage your deals visually

- Knowledge Base to train your AI on your business

- Speed Dialer for outbound calling campaigns
