Twilio Integration (Phone & SMS)

Twilio powers phone calls and SMS in Mosco. Purchase phone numbers, make/receive calls, and send text messages through your AI agents.

1. Go to Connections > Twilio

2. Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token (from twilio.com/console)

3. Click Connect

4. Purchase a phone number or port an existing one

5. Configure call routing (which agent answers)

- Inbound calls: AI agents answer customer calls 24/7

- Outbound calls: Speed Dialer and Growth Agent can make calls

- SMS: Send and receive text messages

- Call recording: Every call is recorded and transcribed

- Voicemail: AI detects voicemail and can leave messages

- Call transfer: Route to human agents when needed

- Purchase local or toll-free numbers

- Port existing business numbers

- Multiple numbers for different departments
